Megan & Thad had their wedding ceremony and reception at the Hawthorne House. The cake was provided by Caren’s Cakes: delicious as always! She also created a Groom’s cake inspired by the Groom’s favorite Shaved Ice place in Hawaii, where Megan & Thad will be spending their honeymoon! The wedding colors were purple and pearl, representing pancreatic cancer and lung cancer. Family members of Megan & Thad had pancreatic and lung cancer, so it was important to them to represent them.

You may notice that a lot of the pictures include one person. His name is Kyle (Brother of the Groom) and he was on a quest to have the best photostrip of the night. I think he succeeded. He ALSO succeeded in beating our standing record of 15 trips to the photobooth.
