Megan and Chase selected the Berg Event Space as the setting for their ceremony and reception. They used a rather cool logo throughout their planning, incorporating it into their invitations, making it their customized fourth frame on the photostrips, and even used the curved metal wall at the Berg to display it for their special day! It tied everything together. Our on-site coordinators commented on the gorgeous Fall colors and especially liked the very intimate ceremony.

Their reception had many unique and fun aspects! They provided a mac & cheese bar during dinner, had doughnuts for their guests instead of cake, and had KC Photobooth there to provide the favors. Of course, we were assembling a photo guestbook for Megan and Chase throughout the evening, putting together messages and photostrips from their guests!

Have you ever seen five, yes five (5), photobooths lined up right next to each other, all ready to take pictures at once? Well, there is proof now, and KC Photobooth is the only photobooth company in Kansas City that has the capability to accomplish this feat and have four photobooths in other places as well.

We were all over the place on September 12th! KC Photobooth had five of our original photobooths at Studio Dan Meiners, one extended photobooth at The Sawyer Room, and one extended photobooth at The Berg Event Space, all for The Big Reveal! (We also had an original and an extended photobooth at The Ritz Charles Bridal Show on the same day!) It was quite a day, filled with outstanding pictures and great contacts! Here are just a small few of the photostrips that guests of the show produced during the day, as well as the documented proof of our feat!

Katy & Ryan had their wedding reception at the Berg Event Space in downtown Kansas City. Before the ceremony even started, the couple decided to share with their guests, through a video, how they met, what kind of person they were looking for, and then thanked their guests for sharing their special day with them.

The reception was quite unique as well; the photobooth played a part in a secret. It was either the mother of the bride or groom (our on-site coordinators weren’t sure) that brought in a garden gnome to be included in every photostrip by the guests. However, it was a surprise for the bride and groom! They wouldn’t find out about it until they got back from their honeymoon! Believe it or not, the garden gnome made it into at least one picture on almost every single photostrip! Check the pictures out if you don’t believe me!
